About us
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as facilitators in providing training in Soft Skills, learning the art of Spoken and Written Language and an overall development of an individual. “Steps” was our first endeavor in the field of Soft Skills training which dates back to 2003 at Hyderabad; we were successful in what we envisaged and it gave us the right impetus to start “amalgam” at Indore in 2005 and later at Chandigarh in 2007.
We always thought the tier 2 and 3 cities have the potential but they lack the resources to grow which provided us the motivation to come up with PRO–win at Mohali in the year beginning 2010 and later at Jammu in 2011 and now in Delhi NCR in the year beginning 2012.
Our Mission
Today’s ever growing competition has facilitated the need for improving communication both written/spoken and an overall development of personality. As one needs to build on one’s set of skills, one also forgets that to capitalize those skills, one needs to communicate them effectively. All this requires focused and personal attention which is our forte.
